Heirloom Adventures began as the vision of our founder, Megan, who believes travel is one of the most meaningful ways families learn, connect, and grow together. She created Heirloom to make planning feel simple and supportive especially in a world overflowing with information, where the right choice can feel hard to find.
Family travel is an investment of both time and money, and we take that seriously. Every journey we design is thoughtful, seamless, and tailored to how your family loves to travel, so you can relax into the experience and return home with memories that truly last.
Our story
Megan, the founder of Heirloom Adventures, was drawn to travel from a young age. Never one to sit still, she dreamed of seeing the world and connecting with people along the way. She discovered the world of travel advising after a friend told her, “I would totally hire you to plan a trip for my family.” Inspired by that moment and by her desire to help other families explore the world with their children, Megan set out to learn everything she could about travel advising.
From the beginning, her mission has been to remove the overwhelm for busy working families, so they can take the trips they have always imagined for their kids. Megan believes that exploring the world is one of the greatest ways to pass on curiosity and empathy. Something truly magical happens when you show your children the world, and she is dedicated to making that possible, effortlessly and beautifully.
